JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the daily management 
of nursing care for patients in a pediatric group home for medically fragile children. 
Coordinate the plan of care, facilitate parent training, implement effective infection control 
and quality assurance, ensure State and contract regulations are followed, participate in 
licensing and accreditation, and more. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Required Skills/Experience:
RN, BSN. Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, at least 2 of which are in pediatrics. 
Home health experience desirable. 
Minimum 2 years of nursing management experience. 
Excellent team building and leadership skills, oral and written communication skills and computer skills. 
Monday - Friday daytime hours; good benefits.
