JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join a great team in the Moab outpatient clinic of Four Corners Community Behavioral Health. 
You'll provide psychiatric nursing case management services and medication management 
to adults and children under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Your office will be in the heart of
canyonlands, nestled between two national parks. 

You'll participate in clinical staffings and keep accurate records in our fully automated IMS,
while providing 120 hours of direct service per month.
