JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Must be flexible-possible shift rotation and work every other weekend. 
(Monday - Sunday) 
Requires current: California RN license, IV certification and CPR card. 

Minimum one year Med/Surg/OB experience. 
Good verbal and written English communications skills required. 
Provide direct patient care to demonstrate methods of delivering professional care. 
Nursing assessment. 
Document nursing diagnosis and interventions. 
Administer medications including investigation drugs and reports drug reaction. 
Draw timed blood samples. Monitor patient parameter i.e. blood glucose, 
questionnaires, vital signs during tests and procedures. 
Review physicians orders and protocol outlines in detail. 
Participate in Nursing Rounds and unit councils; attend in-service once or twice a month 
in the GCRC/PCRC; and administer care to outpatients when required.
