LVN Combo (Referral Intake, Service Cord. & Field)- Orange Office

Field Positions:

RN,s- All Shifts, pediatric, infusion, med/surg, would care teams.
RN Field Supervisor FT Private Duty
CHHA,s & LVN,s - Private Duty and Home Health programs

On site free CEU,s, specialty training, education reimbursement. 
4 wk paid training for RN,s new to home health.
