The following positions are available: Clinical Case Manager (Job Code: CCM) several positions: Bachelor,s degree from an accredited college or university in nursing program; two-to-three years of experience in case management for treatment of substance abuse and/or mental illness; licensed to practice in California in one of the following capacities: Psychologist, Social Worker, Marital and Family Therapist, Nurse or Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with appropriate credentials; malpractice and general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000; no disciplinary action against license; must have Class C Driver,s License, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and ability to defray expenses while traveling throughout the state in a dependable and punctual manner; and computer literacy. Salary is up to $60,000, based on qualifications. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: Provides leadership for the Case Management Team; Serves as liaison for assigned Board/Committee and their designee (DPM, DEC Case Consultant, DEC Chair); Responds to incoming calls on the toll-free line, as needed, and weekend/holiday calls on a rotating basis with other Diversion Program staff; and Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Compliance Monitor (Job Code: CM) several positions: Bachelor,s degree from an accredited college or university in Behavioral Science or a related field, and three-to-five years of experience in a behavioral health care setting related to chemical dependency and/or mental illness; and computer literacy. Salary is up to $38,000, based on qualifications. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: Collects incoming data and reports from treatment providers, facilities, participants and labs, worksite monitors, support group facilitators, and other team members, and inputs necessary information into the case management system; Performs follow-up calls to clarify or initially respond to non-compliance data from any of the above parties or as requested by the CCM; and Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
