JOB DESCRIPTION:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered:
RN with a 4-year degree, preferably in healthcare or business related field
Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
Three or more years of clinical experience
Excellent keyboarding skills
Highly skilled in web navigation and use of information processing tools
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home
office to ensure you and your patients have absolute and continuous privacy
while you work.
Must have accessibility to DSL or cable modem for a home office
Ability to travel, work and train offsite for 2 weeks, plus additional
travel as needed for ongoing training
Ability to work a full-time (40 hrs minimum) flexible work schedule between
the hours of 7AM-8PM (local time) and one weekend day to
accommodate member requests.
Bi-lingual (Spanish, Creole, Portuguese) a plus

Position Overview:
The Personal Nurse provides one-on-one guidance to information, resources
and tools to increase the member's ability to manage their own condition,
understand their health care options and become active decision makers with
their physician. Through a telephonic, at-home workforce, highly qualified
registered nurses are available to provide guidance to members when they
need it most. This position requires full-time hours, with the ability to
work flexible hours to meet the needs of our members in the evenings or on weekends.
