JOB DESCRIPTION:

Human Service agency seeks licensed LPN or RN to work in the Central Indiana region. 
Office based in Indianapolis. 

Experience working with Developmentally Challenged individuals is preferred. 
The position will track overall client medical issues such as ordering medication, 
tracking and/or attending doctor appointments,and teaching wellness classes
(hand washing, human sexuality, hygiene,etc.). 
This person will also conduct Core A & B Medication training for staff and track 
FirstAid, CPR, TB,OSHA.
