Surgical Services Operations Director
This Director of Operations for Surgical Services will supervise
departments of Surgical Services in 2 hospitals of a prestigious health
care organization. This Hospital is one of the largest health care
organization in the state; it is private, not-for-profit academic medical
center, emphasizing community-based care.
The Director of Operations will be over 2 hospital surgical services
departments and will report directly to the VP of Patient Care Services.
This person needs to have excellent communication skills and a good
clinical knowledge of the department.
Requirements: MS, MSN or MBA, BSN, and MUST have 5 years of Management
experience in a large OR system. Preferably someone from a trauma center.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
