JOB DESCRIPTION:
Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice, Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse with
a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 2 years of progressive
staff supervison expeirence, BSN preferred.
This position will provide strong clincial and staff leadership to a team of health care professionals
in a home care environment. Reposnsibilities include problem-solving, patient caseload management
and assuring that high standards of patient care are maintained.
