A Leading Health Care Management Company in beautiful Western Washington is seeking individuals 
who will meet the healthcare management needs of STERLING, Medicare + Choice (PFFS) enrollees, 
by providing nurse advice and care coordination activities over the telephone.  

Requires solid case management knowledge, personal computer skills, and knowledge of Medicare program 
and managed care.  
CCM a plus.  
Candidate will be a Registered nurse, licensed in Washington State, 
and have 3 years of nursing experience preferably with adult and geriatric population.
