JERSEY CITY MEDICAL CENTER AIDS HEALTH SERVICES
is a comprehensive primary care and case management program. We
are presently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:
Family Nurse Practitioner- to provide state
of the art care to HIV infected women, adolescents and children
in our Regional Family Centered HIV Care program. FNP with HIV
experience and/or knowledge, or experience with other chronic
illness. Current
N. J. license and Masterís required. Bilingual Spanish/English
a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Wage $5,493 - $6,463 monthly (Full-Time)
Job Requirements: Mon Thurs (8am 5pm) Master,s degree in Nursing.
Must have current license to practice as a Registered Nurse and a license to
practice as a Nurse Practitioner issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
NCC certified with two to five years experience.
Computer literate in Word and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in use of microscopes,
colposcopes (optional), exam tables, opthalmascope, otoscope, and exam lamps.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
Spanish communication skills preferred.
Description of Duties:
- Provide classroom and
clinical instruction
- Provide supervision and
evaluation of patient care provided by students as
they fulfill their clinical duties in F.P. and Prenatal
- Develop curriculum and
teaching materials
- Participate in CE programs
- Design conferences and
workshops as needed
- Provide a high level of
patient management skills with clinical expertise
- Participate in selection
process committee meeting and faculty meetings
- Act as liaison to program
administration to identify problems and participate in solution
