Immediate Openings - Part Time RNs or LPNs - Flex Shifts Available
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assess the general health needs of the consumers and make them known to the
Residence Primary Physician with follow up.
2. Implement appropriate protective and preventative measures to
maintain an Environment of Wellness.
3. Develop a Nursing Plan for a consumer when appropriate and to
periodically review and update.
4. Maintain and update health records as necessary and monitor Immunization regimens.
5. Arrange clinical referrals, make appointments and accompany
consumers to clinics when necessary
6. Supervise AMAP's administration of medications insuring that all
medications are available.
7. Participate in annual reviews, clinician meetings and program meetings.
8. Provide Staff Training
9. Order medical supplies.
10. Be available by phone (24 hour on call) for staff consultation when necessary.
